The goal of the teen ministry at Connect Church is to provide a Biblical foundation for their lives. We want our teens to understand the importance of loving God and loving people while providing practical examples of how to do that. We accomplish our goal by partnering with parents to develop teens that are spiritually mature and prepared for life after high school.
The teen group is available for anyone in grades 6 through 12. We meeting the old sanctuary which we will soon be transforming into our own Teen Room on Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM. This is our main time together and we have a great time of fun and fellowship with great music and a challenge from God's Word.
A major part of how we plan for the teens to grow in Christ is through their growth in community, so we plan many opportunities for the group to spend time together and have fun. Some of our events include:
- Teen camp
- Lock-ins
- Cookouts
- Pool parties
- Matrix Weekend
- Concerts
- And many other activities!
